What we collect
Account information (name, email, employer, role), usage data (pages, actions, device + browser metadata), and any content you provide through the site or the platform. Resident health and financial data is processed strictly on behalf of customer organizations under a Business Associate Agreement.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account and product updates, to meet contractual and legal obligations, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.
How we share it
Only with sub-processors required to run the service (cloud hosting, observability, customer support) under contract, with our customers as needed to deliver the service, and when required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account and a limited period thereafter for legal and audit purposes. Customer data is retained per the customer agreement; on termination we delete or return data per that agreement.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. For requests related to data held on behalf of a customer organization, please contact that organization directly; we will assist them in fulfilling your request.
