Agreement
These terms govern use of the Litman One website. Use of the platform itself is governed by a separate signed customer agreement; if you are a platform user, that agreement controls in case of conflict.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, don't try to compromise the service or the data of others, and don't use the site to send unsolicited bulk communications. We may suspend access for misuse.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, and the Litman One name are owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Platform usage liability is governed by the customer agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
